Bishopbriggs Triathlon - Bishopbriggs Leisuredrome, 25 April 2027

Organised by Glasgow Triathlon Club, this triathlon at the Bishopbriggs Leisuredrome combines a pool swim with a closed-roads bike course and a canal-path run. The event is expected to attract around 400 competitors and features adult and junior races across multiple distances.

Swim stages take place in a pool. Bike stages use undulating, traffic-free roads. Run stages follow canal paths and include undulating gravel surfaces. Event facilities listed include catering, chip timing, online results, showers and toilets.

Sprint Triathlon: 750 m swim, 20 km bike, 5 km run
Novice Triathlon: 400 m swim, 10 km bike, 3 km run

Tristar 3 (13/14 yrs): 300 m swim, 5 km bike, 2 km run
Tristar 2 (11/12 yrs): 200 m swim, 3.6 km bike, 2 km run
