The Biscuits and Bubbles 5km and Fun Run - Supporting Haven Retreats takes place on Saturday, April 18, 2026, in Jacksonville, FL (32207). The event is the second Biscuits and Bubbles and benefits Haven Retreats, a registered 501(c)(3) that supports foster and adoptive families through therapeutic retreats and wrap-around services. Registration and packet pickup
Registration opens January 1, 2026. Entry fees listed are $30 for the 5K and $20 for the 1 mile fun run. All participants 15 and under are $25 for the 5K at all times. Packet pickup is available prior to race day at Haven Retreats offices and at Posting House; race-day packet pickup is also provided.
Race features and awards
The 5K is chip timed using a bib chip system; runners must cross the finish mat with their chip attached to record a time. Chips do not have to be returned. All participants in both events receive a medal. The 1 mile fun run will award overall top 3 male and female youth under 12. The 5K will award overall top 3 male/female, top male/female masters and grand masters, and age-group winners across standard age brackets. Awards are limited to one per runner and must be claimed at the awards ceremony.
Amenities
Registered runners are guaranteed a custom event shirt if registered at least two weeks before the race; shirts for later registrations are subject to availability. All participants receive a goodie bag. The post-race area will include sponsor booths, a Mimosa Bar, beer, Chick-fil-A breakfast biscuits, a bubble machine, and a DJ.
