Registration, fees and packet pickup
Registration fees shown on the event page include $42 for individual in-person entries, $42 for in-person teams, $42 for virtual individuals, $45 for virtual teams, and $0 for the Kid's Dash. The Kid's Dash listing shows 40 spots available and registration closes November 27, 2025.
Registration items for in-person participants include an official race bib, a long-sleeved shirt or crewneck upgrade, a knit hat, a Kwik Trip Glazer item, Yahara Chocolate, on-site village activities, free pre-race coffee and hot chocolate, free race photos, and professional timing on a measured course. Pre-race packet pickup is scheduled for November 25 and November 26 at Perennial Yoga, 5500 E Cheryl Pkwy Suite 101, Fitchburg, WI. The event donates 100% of proceeds to Active Youth Wisconsin.
