The Birdie Derby 5k/10k Run/Walk is scheduled for Thursday, November 26, 2026, at Fitchburg Business Park, 5200 E Cheryl Pkwy, Fitchburg WI 53711. The event offers in-person and virtual options and a separate kids dash for ages 2 to 6.

Race registration includes an official race bib and a choice of a Birdie Derby long-sleeved shirt or a lightweight tech hoodie, plus a knit winter hat. Additional race-day items listed by the organizer include a KWIK TRIP GLAZER, chocolate milk, banana, water, Yahara Chocolate, free race photos, and professional timing on an accurately measured course. Virtual registration includes a long-sleeved shirt or crewneck upgrade and a winter hat, and virtual packets are mailed the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. Virtual participants do not qualify for awards but may join in-person teams. Registration changes must be completed before Monday, November 23, 2026. Pre-race packet pickup is available on November 24 and November 25.
