The Bill Snyder Highway Half & 5K is the 12th annual running event in Manhattan, Kansas, set for May 23, 2026. It is presented by Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Center and based at Bill Snyder Family Stadium (2201 Kimball Avenue). Distances offered include:

Course and format
The half marathon is a point-to-point course. Runners are shuttled by bus from the Bill Snyder Family Stadium west parking lot to the half marathon start near I-70 on Highway 177 (Coach Bill Snyder Highway). The route runs northbound on the east side of the road into town, then passes through downtown Manhattan, around City Park, through Aggieville, and onto the Kansas State University campus before finishing at the stadium. The 5K starts and finishes at Bill Snyder Family Stadium. Course maps are provided by the organizer.
Registration and beneficiaries
Registration uses tiered pricing by date. Early listed prices start at $70 for the half marathon and $30 for the 5K, with virtual options priced similarly. Proceeds support three selected charities: Homecare Hospice, No Stone Unturned, and Johnson Cancer Research. Results from prior years are available.
