Summit Athletic Running Club - Bill Heideman Championships
This event takes place on August 13, 2026 at Boettler Park, 5300 Massillon Rd, Green, OH 44720. It is presented by the Summit Athletic Running Club as the Bill Heideman events for the year. There is no 5K this year.
Two race distances are scheduled:
- 2 Miles
- 1 Miles
The 2 Mile is open to high school, middle school, and open runners. Registration windows and fees differ by race: the 1 Mile registration opens June 16, 2026 with a registration fee of $10.00; the 2 Mile registration opens June 23, 2026 with a registration fee of $15.00. Both registrations close on August 13, 2026. Race day registration will be available at the race site.
Packet pickup is at the pavilion behind the starting line where bib numbers and t-shirts are distributed. Race t-shirts are provided to runners who pre-registered before the Monday of race week.
Awards are given to top finishers in the 2 Mile and ribbons are handed to 1 Mile finishers at the finish line. Results will be posted at the registration tent after the races and will also be published online. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
