Bill Bone 5K
The 6th Annual Bill Bone 5K is an evening road race held on July 4th in West Palm Beach, Florida. The route starts at Downtown West Palm Beach at the corner of S. Flagler Drive and Fern St. and finishes in Downtown West Palm Beach as part of the 4th on Flagler Celebration.

The event raises money for the Wounded Veterans Relief Fund. Three event options are offered: an in-person 5K, a youth registration restricted to participants 15 and under, and a virtual 5K. Registration opens on 11/21/2025; in-person registration closes on 3/20/2026 and virtual registration closes on 7/4/2026. Registration fees listed are $30 for the standard 5K, $20 for the youth entry, and $40 for the virtual 5K.
Each registered runner receives a race shirt and a custom finisher medal; post-race food items include hot dogs, watermelon, chips, cookies, and lemonade. Additional refreshment wristbands are available at registration for $5 per person. Free entertainment and a fireworks and music display over the Intracoastal Waterway are part of the celebration. 5K awards are given three deep for male and female age groups in five-year increments through 80+, and raffle prizes are offered.
