Red, White and Blue Half Marathon - Corpus Christi
The Red, White and Blue Half Marathon is organized by Bigfoot Running Company at Bayside Park in Corpus Christi on 07/12/2026. The event offers in-person and virtual participation across several distances and includes youth and group pricing options.
Race distances:
- Kids Dash about 50 meters for ages 10 and under
- 2 Mile non-chip timed road/trail event
- 4 Mile chip-timed race
- 8 Mile chip-timed race
- Half Marathon 13.1 miles, chip-timed
- Virtual Run 13.1 miles
Chip timing is used for the 4 mile, 8 mile, and half marathon events; the 2 mile and Kids Dash are not chip timed. A volunteer-then-run option is available that includes a chip-timed bib, shirt, and medal and is limited to the first 15 sign-ups. Full race volunteers receive a race shirt, VIP access, and a choice of a free future race entry or a $20 prepaid digital gift card.
Awards and participant items include medals and shirts for all finishers, Bigfoot trophies for overall winners in select distances, and age-group pins or awards across categories from 10 and under through 70+. Aid stations are placed on course; snacks and bottled water are provided at the finish rally tent. Course surfaces may include paved trails, crushed granite, and some dirt paths.
