Red, White and Blue Half Marathon - Corpus Christi
The Red, White and Blue Half Marathon is a multi-distance running event held at Heritage Park in Corpus Christi and organized by Bigfoot Running Company. The event offers in-person and virtual options and takes place on mixed surfaces including paved trails, crushed granite, and some dirt paths.
Distances offered:
- Kids Dash - about 50 meters for ages 10 and under
- 2 Mile - untimed, includes shirt and medal
- 4 Mile - chip timed, age-group awards and overall trophies
- 8 Mile - chip timed, age-group awards and overall trophies
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles) - chip timed, age-group awards and overall trophies
- Volunteer then Run 4 mi - limited entries, includes chip timed bib and finisher medal
- Virtual Run (13.1 miles)
All finishers in all distances receive a race shirt and a medal. The 4-mile, 8-mile, and half marathon include overall trophies and standard age-group recognition with medals or pins by category. Aid stations are placed along the course; snacks and bottled water are available at the finish area. A race rally tent with music and live awards announcements is part of the on-site experience. Packet pickup is offered prior to the event, and a shirt size guarantee applies for registrations made at least 10 days before the race.
