Event details
The BIGFOOT CHALLENGE is scheduled for May 25, 2026 in Dansville, Michigan at 1264 Adams St. The event includes in-person and virtual options and a community parade follows the race. All in-person entries receive a T-shirt and a Bigfoot finishing medal. A photo opportunity with a Bigfoot character is available, and the Little Foot kids race for 12 and under is held on the track. The race uses chip timing provided by the Michigan Running Foundation; chip times and current overall and age-group places are texted to participants and posted live on the event site.

Packet pick-up is offered before race day and on race morning. Day-of registration is available. Donation options include a $100 donation that yields a free entry under the event's stated rules. Proceeds support the Dansville Running Club and local running programs.
Awards and extras
Age-group trophies are awarded to the top three in each category from 12 & under up through 80+. Large Bigfoot trophies are given for overall and master categories (male and female), including Master (over 40), Grand Master (over 50), and Senior Master (over 60).
