Big River Race in Pasco
The Big River Race takes place on Saturday, May 30, 2026 at Chiawana Park in Pasco, Washington. This is the third annual running of the event and the course runs along the Columbia River on a paved riverfront trail.
The event includes multiple distances:
- Big River Half Marathon
- EARLY START Half Marathon
- Big River 10k
- Big River 5k
- Big River FREE 1 mile
All race distances are on a paved path located along the riverfront. The course is described as flat and fast and the start and finish are at the west end of Chiawana Park. The park area around the finish features shade trees, a large grassy area, and views of the river.
Support along the course includes themed aid stations, cheer squads, and music. After the race there are post race treats and a live band in the park.
