Big Nut Strut
The 17th Annual Big Nut Strut is a multi-format running and walking event in Sunbury, Ohio. The event is centered at Prairie Run Elementary, 701 N Miller Dr, with the course beginning and ending in front of the school. It offers both in-person and virtual participation options.

- 1 mile walk
Proceeds support all Big Walnut Preschool, Elementary, Intermediate, Middle School and High School PTOs. These committees provide additional programs and materials to enrich student educational experiences.
Registration details are provided in advance: registration opens March 1, 2026 and closes July 4, 2026. The registration fee is $30.00. Race day registration is handled without cash; all registration is completed online.
