Big Bad Wolfe Run : Columbus, OH
The Big Bad Wolfe Run takes place on September 27, 2026, at 105 Park Dr, Columbus, Ohio. Races are held entirely on the paved asphalt Alum Creek Trail; this is not a trail run. Late starts are not allowed.
Distances offered include:
- 20 miles on the Alum Creek Trail
- 10 miles on the Alum Creek Trail
- 5 kilometers on the Alum Creek Trail
- 1 kilometer on the Alum Creek Trail
- 200 meters kids dash, limited to the first 25 registrants
Registration for the main distances and the 1K opens April 4, 2026 and closes August 31, 2026. The kids run opens April 4, 2026 and closes September 26, 2026. Listed registration fees are $80 for the 20 mile, $75 for the 10 mile, and $65 for the 5K and 1K. The kids dash is described as limited and includes a participant ribbon.
All participants receive a bib and a finisher medal. Participant swag includes a full zip hooded sweatshirt. The 1K was added for 2026 and is presented as an option for younger participants or those seeking a shorter distance. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
