Distances offered:

  • 5 km
  • 15 km
  • 5+15 Double

The courses are almost entirely dirt, with single-track and double-track sections, short steep hills, rollers, and varied terrain. Elevation gain is about 300 feet for the 5 km and about 800 feet for the 15 km. The 5+15 Double consists of running the 5 km race, taking a short break, then running the 15 km race. All courses are marked and include a "Won't-Get-Lost" guarantee. The 15 km course includes an aid station by the finish between laps at about 4.75 miles and has a cut-off of 1 hour 15 minutes at the end of the first big loop (about 4.7 miles). The Kids 1 km follows a shortened loop, is not individually timed, has a display clock, and provides a stuffed bear at the finish; adults may accompany children without registering.
