Best Friends Walk Together : Onancock, VA
Best Friends Walk Together is a community walk held on June 5, 2027 in Onancock, Virginia. The event starts and finishes at the Historic Onancock School on College Avenue and follows a roughly two mile route through the town, past views of Onancock Creek, historic homes, and local businesses. Light refreshments are served at the school after the route.
Participants who return to the school may continue on a short nature trail behind the school that runs along the creek and marshes where native fowl can be observed. The event is not timed and a participation medal is included.
