Event Information
The Berkorun - Berkhamsted Rotary Half Marathon takes place on Sunday 1st March 2026. The event is promoted by the Berkhamsted Rotary Club. It features two distances: a Half Marathon and a 5 mile Fun Run.
Fees and Registration
Half Marathon fees are £36 for affiliated runners and £38 for non-affiliated runners for standard entry between 12th January and 27th February 2026. Late entry (28th February) costs £44 (affiliated) or £46 (non-affiliated). The 5 mile Fun Run fee is £14 for standard entry and £18 for late entry. There is no registration on the day of the event. Discounts are available for school teams and running clubs with a minimum number of members.
The Courses
The Half Marathon course goes through the Chilterns countryside. The event is described as being timed for runners returning to competition after winter. The 5 mile Fun Run shares part of the Half Marathon route through the countryside. The start is at Berkhamsted Cricket Club, which is close to Berkhamsted Station.
Other Details
Race packs for entries made up to 23rd February will be sent by post. For entries after 24th February, packs can be picked up from Victoria School on 28th February or from Berkhamsted Cricket Club on race day from 7:30am. All finishers receive a bespoke medal. Prize money and trophies are awarded for individuals and teams in various categories. There are also fundraising prizes.
