Course notes: the marathon and half run through West Bend neighborhoods, across the Tetherow area and along a paved trail through the Deschutes National Forest paralleling the Cascade Lakes Highway. Other races run through the Old Mill District, several Bend parks and along the Deschutes River. The kids race starts and finishes near the main event area at Old Mill West Parking.
Registration and fees: base race fees listed on the event page include Marathon $100, Half Marathon $90, 10k $45, 5k $35, Kids 5k $10. Virtual event fees are listed as $50 for virtual marathon and half, and $40 for virtual 10k and 5k. The Bend Marathon Youth Running Program is offered free for Central Oregon youth.
