2026 Bell Center 5K
The 2026 Bell Center 5K takes place on March 14, 2026 at The Bell Center, 1700 29th Ct. S., Homewood, Birmingham AL 35209. The event raises funds for The Bell Center, which provides early intervention therapy for children from birth to three years of age who are at risk for developmental delay. Proceeds support the center’s mission to maximize developmental potential.
The event features a 5K road course through Homewood that passes Homewood Park, follows tree lined streets, and showcases local landmarks. The event welcomes a range of participants and allows strollers, wheelchairs and other mobility devices, and leashed pets.
Several participation options are offered: BellRunner to run and fundraise in honor of a child attending therapy at The Bell Center, 5K Participant to run without fundraising, Jr. BellRunner and Jr. 5K Participant for young runners, Raisin' & Relaxin' for fundraising only, and 5K TShirt Only for a commemorative shirt without race participation. BellRunners are asked to raise $100 per mile for a total fundraising goal of $310 and receive VIP benefits such as a coffee bar, catered breakfast, unlimited drinks, bag check, a 15% discount at Trak Shak, and a commemorative race T shirt.
