Logistics and entry
Race numbers, chip timing and T-shirts are available for pickup at Garnock Rugby Club (Caledonian Road, Lochshore, Glengarnock KA14 3BE) from 0900 on the morning of the event. The club offers changing, toilet facilities and good parking; the start line is a 10 minute walk from the event hub. The 10 km route is mapped and a GPX file is available.
Entry status is listed as open with a closing date of 30 Dec 2025 23:59. Pricing until that date for 10 km categories is shown as discounted £13 and standard £15; U15, U13 and U11 entries are listed as free. A service fee of 4% (minimum 50p) applies to each sign-up.
