Beidleheimer Sidewinder

The Beidleheimer Sidewinder is a trail race held at Whipple Dam State Park in Boalsburg, PA, organized by Tussey Mountainback. The event offers two distance options on unpaved forest roads in Rothrock State Forest and follows a rolling out and back routing along Leg 4 of the Tussey Mountainback 50-mile course. Water is available at mile 3, 6.2, and 9. Timing, water stations, and random prizes are provided.

Registration opens Jan 1, 2027. The 20K option includes a 1.6 mile hill on course. Both distances start and finish at Whipple Dam State Park and use portions of the Tussey Mountainback relay and ultramarathon course.
