Beidleheimer Sidewinder
Beidleheimer Sidewinder is a rolling out and back trail race at Whipple Dam State Park near Boalsburg, PA. The courses run on unpaved forest roads in Rothrock State Forest and follow Leg #4 of the Tussey Mountainback 50 Mile Relay and Ultramarathon course. The event is scheduled for early May 2027.
Two distance options are offered:
- 20K - out and back on Leg #4 of Tussey Mountainback; includes a 1.6 mile hill
- 10K - out and back on Leg #4 of Tussey Mountainback
Water stations are provided at mile 3, mile 6.2, and mile 9. The event includes timing and random prizes. Start and finish are at Whipple Dam State Park.
