Nittany Valley Half-Marathon
The Nittany Valley Half-Marathon is an annual road race held in State College, Pennsylvania. First run in 1984 as part of the final Nittany Valley Marathon, the event has since grown into a community tradition that brings together hundreds of runners each year. The course covers 13.1 mile and takes place on public roads through State College.
The event partners with Centre Volunteers in Medicine, the only free clinic in Centre County. CVIM provides medical, dental, case management, behavioral health, and medication assistance to nearly 1,100 uninsured neighbors each year. By supporting the race, participants contribute to expanding access to care and supporting local health services. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
