3rd Annual Beer Run
This event takes place at 320 South Harbin Drive in Stephenville, Texas, and uses a residential loop course that remains open to traffic. The route requires runners to keep to the left side of the road and to navigate three cross streets.
Distances offered include:
- 5k (one loop)
- 10k (two loops)
- 13.1 miles (half marathon; four loops plus some)
- 26.2 miles (full marathon; 8.5 loops) Participants may also choose to complete any distance between the listed options. The event is non-chip timed; runners are expected to use a personal timing device to record completion.
Registration includes a shirt and a pint glass. To receive those items, registration must be completed by June 10. A registration fee of $30 is noted. ID is required at check in for all participants.
Aid stations provide non-alcoholic hydration and there is a beer portion of the event; the beer portion is available only to participants aged 21 and over. Aid and beer service end at 11am. Door prizes are drawn at 11am and winners must be present to receive prizes. Extra drink and food coupons are available from Bosque River Taphouse following the event.
