Bedale Bolt - Bedale 10K
The Bedale Bolt is scheduled for Sunday 13th June 2027 in Bedale, North Yorkshire and is organised by Bedale and Aiskew Runners. The event is a single lap, 10 km road race on an undulating, measured course.
The route starts along the high street, goes out into country lanes with a hill or two to negotiate, and returns to the town centre for a fast finish along the high street. The course is measured by England Athletics, the race will be held on closed roads, and marshals will be placed along the route. The event is chip timed and water is included in the entry fee.
Entry is limited to 1000 places. Affiliated entry is £21.00 and unaffiliated entry is £23.00; entry on the day is not available. Proceeds from the race will be donated to Yorkshire Air Ambulance with a donation made for each race entry.
Race headquarters is Chantry Hall, Bedale. Facilities listed for the event include water, distance markers, and toilets; there are no changing facilities, no showers, and no baggage storage. All finishers receive a finishers medal, and t-shirts will be offered to finishers who sign up before 23rd April 2027.
