Beaverhead Marathon Full & Half
The Beaverhead Marathon and Beaverhead Half Marathon take place on May 23, 2026 in Dillon, Montana, hosted by Montana Events Foundation. Both races use a loop course that starts and finishes at Beaverhead Brewing Company, 218 S. Montana St, Dillon, at an elevation of 5,240 feet. The route goes through the streets of Dillon and agricultural land with views of the Pioneer, Blacktail, Sweetwater, Highland and Tobacco Root Mountains.

Course surfaces vary by race. The half marathon is entirely on pavement. The marathon is approximately one third dirt and two thirds pavement. There are 10 aid stations supplied by Hammer Nutrition; stations will provide water, HEED, gels and some fruit and snacks. A course map is not yet available.
Packet pick-up is at Beaverhead Brewing Company on May 22, 2026 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM and on race day May 23, 2026 at 7:00 AM. Registration opens December 31, 2025 and closes January 19, 2026. Fees listed by the organizer are $65.00 for the marathon and $45.00 for the half marathon. The event has a no refund policy.
Race bags include a hat, stickers, Hammer Nutrition products and other sponsor items. Finishers receive a finisher medal. Beaverhead Brewing Company will provide a complimentary beer or soda. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
