Beaufort Bridge Run 5K & 1+ Mile Dog Strut : Beaufort, NC
The Beaufort Bridge Run consists of a USATF certified 5K and an untimed 1.2 mile Dog Strut held in Beaufort, North Carolina on November 7, 2026. The course goes on and over both local bridges - the high-rise Gallants Channel (Grayden Paul) Bridge and the Turner Street Bridge - and offers views of Gallants Channel and Taylor's Creek.

The event is chip-timed for the 5K. Dogs may participate only in the Dog Strut; dogs are not allowed in the 5K on the high-rise bridge per NCDOT. Strollers are permitted in both events. The event supports diabetes awareness and raises funds for local nonprofit projects serving Beaufort and surrounding communities.
Fees listed through November 1, 2026 include Adult $35, Under 12 free, and Active military $30 with ID. The first 200 registered participants receive a commemorative T-shirt; sizes are guaranteed by registering by October 5, 2026. T-shirts must be picked up at early registration or on race day and will not be mailed.
Packet pickup is available the day before at Cru Wine Bar & Coffee Shop and on race morning at the corner of Middle Lane and Craven Street.
