Event overview

The Beaudry Fall Classic is a timed-loop trail race at Beaudry Provincial Park, just west of Winnipeg, Manitoba, held October 3-5, 2025. The route runs through forest and along the Assiniboine River. Each loop is approximately 5.1 km (3.16 mi). The event acknowledges that it takes place on Treaty 1 Territory, the traditional territory of the Anishinaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota, and Dene Peoples and the homeland of the Metis Nation.

Format, services and rules

Participants can enter solo timed options of 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, or 48 hours; a separate 10k fun run is offered for 2025. The event uses the UltraSignup timing app; there is no live tracking and results are posted on UltraSignup after the event. Registration is handled through UltraSignup and the field is capped at 100 entrants. Refunds and deferrals are not allowed; bib transfers are permitted only until registration closes.

Entry includes a patch and mug, a personalized bib, a supported aid station and space for personal gear, and on-site certified first aid. Accomplishment awards are given for reaching 50k, 100k, 100 miles, 150 miles, and 200 miles (buckles for 100 mile+). There are no winner prizes. Aid stations for the longer events provide hot food options; shorter-event aid stations offer standard snacks and water. The race is cup-free at aid stations. Pacers are allowed for the final half of the 24- and 48-hour events; crew and drop-bag spaces are available with limits. Participants are responsible for their own safety on the trail.
