Beast Of The Blacks

Beast of the Blacks is Limitless Trails’ multi-distance trail running challenge held in the Black Mountains of Wales. It offers 11-mile (17 km), 20-mile (32.5 km), and 40-mile (65 km) routes, starting and finishing at Llanbedr Hall near Crickhowell, Powys. Elevation ranges from about 3,418 ft on the shortest course to around 9,106 ft on the longest.

The marked routes weave forest trails, mountain tops, river crossings, and historic sites like Llanthony Abbey, with dramatic scenery and wildlife. Canicross friendly, marshals at checkpoints, two refuel zones, and full support. Prizes include bespoke medals and handcrafted trophies; GPX files and camping nearby.
