Beamsley Beacon
Beamsley Beacon is a challenging 5.5-mile fell race organized by Wharfedale Harriers, held in Addingham, West Yorkshire. The course features an ascent of 1100 feet, starting and finishing at St Peters Church Hall. Runners begin with a lap of a field before navigating through village streets, crossing a suspension bridge, and ascending through woods and farmland to reach Beamsley Beacon, marked by a large pile of stones.
The return route follows permitted footpaths, with runners advised to familiarize themselves with the course if choosing an alternate descent.
