Website

Beacons Way Ultra 100 Mile is a self-navigated ultramarathon through the Beacons Way in the Brecon Beacons National Park. The 100‑mile route starts at Abergavenny Castle, follows the Beacons Way with ten checkpoints, and finishes at Llangadog RFC, climbing the highest South Wales peaks such as Pen y Fan and the Carmarthen Fans. Runners contend about 6,143 metres of ascent (20,100 ft) amid dramatic mountain scenery and supportive GB Ultras staff.

The event offers live GPS tracking, UTMB Performance Index and ITRA points, plus a buckling system (Gold/Silver/Bronze) for top finishers. 250 places, 40‑hour cut‑off. Mandatory map-and-compass navigation; additional logistics include drop bags, pacers from halfway, and optional return transport. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
