Beacons Ultra

The Beacons Ultra, Marathon and Half is a multi-distance running event held around Talybont-on-Usk, in the Brecon Beacons, Powys, Wales, with Henderson Hall as the base. It offers three distances: a 49‑mile Ultra, a 26‑mile Marathon, and a 13‑mile Half Marathon, all on a mixed trail/mountain/canal/road course. The Ultra features two roughly 23‑mile loops with an out-and-back ascent to Pen y Fan on the first loop; the Marathon is a single Beacons loop including a Pen y Fan climb; the Half visits Tor y Foel and Talybont Reservoir.
