Bay2Bay Coastal Run 2027
The Bay2Bay Coastal Run is a roughly 10 miles point to point trail event along the Northumbrian coastline. The route runs from Druridge Bay and follows beaches, cliff paths and coastal trails before finishing in Newbiggin-by-the-Sea. The course is a trail format and uses natural surfaces along the coast.
The event is canicross friendly and allows one controlled dog per runner. It is organized by VO2 Max Events and takes place at Druridge Bay Country Park, A1068 Red Row, NE61 5BX Morpeth. Competitors must arrange return transport or book the event shuttle to the start when entering, as the event is point to point and there are no buses after the event. A bag drop is available at registration and the minimum age is 17 years on the day of the event. A booking fee is applied to orders by the online entry partner.
Services and facilities on the event include a fully marked course, an aid station on route, marshals, live chip timing with live online results, finish line merchandise, free event photo downloads and a finisher's medal.
