Bay2Bay Coastal Run 2027
The Bay2Bay Coastal Run 2027 is a roughly 10-mile point-to-point trail run held on 7 February 2027. The route starts at Druridge Bay and finishes in Newbiggin-by-the-Sea, following beaches, cliff paths and coastal trails along the Northumbrian coastline.
The event takes place at Druridge Bay Country Park, A1068 Red Row, Morpeth NE61 5BX. Competitors should note this is a point-to-point event; runners must book the shuttle bus to the start when entering or arrange their own transport. No shuttle buses are available after the event. A bag drop is available at registration. The minimum age is 17 years on the day of the event. Registration closes 2 February 2027 at 10:00. A booking fee is applied to orders by the online entry partner.
The event is Canicross friendly and allows one controlled dog per runner. The course is fully marked and supported with an aid station and marshals on route. Timing is provided with live chip timing and live online results. Finish-line items include merchandise, a finisher's medal and a free event photo download. The event is organised by VO2 Max Events.
