Bay St. Louis Sprint Triathlon
This event is a USAT-sanctioned sprint triathlon. It takes place in Bay Saint Louis, Mississippi, along a waterfront course. The event includes several categories: Individual Triathlon, Clydesdale, Athena, 1st Time Beginners, and Relay Teams.
The course consists of three segments. The swim is an 800-yard near-shore segment. The bike leg is a 15-mile ride along Beach Boulevard, noted for having only one turn. The run is a 3.1-mile segment along the Beach Boardwalk.
Registration fees increase over time. The listed fees for individual participants are $70 from April 1-30, $80 from May 1-June 30, and $90 from July 1-10. Relay team fees start at $120. There is no day-of-race registration. Participant swag is guaranteed only for the first 200 registrants.
Packet pickup and registration are available the day before the race at Dan B Restaurant on 109 S. Beach Blvd. On race day, the transition area is located at the seawall area south of Our Lady of the Gulf Church on 228 S. Beach Blvd.
