Bay Saint Louis Run+SUP
The Bay Saint Louis Run+SUP takes place on Saturday, August 8, 2026, in Bay Saint Louis, Mississippi. The event base is Washington Street Pavilion, 598 South Beach Blvd., Bay Saint Louis, MS 39520. The event is organized by the Bay Saint Louis Running Company and this is its fourth year.
Event format and logistics
The event combines a road run and a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) race. Distances and formats include:
- 5K run on the beach sidewalk (out-and-back)
- 1-mile SUP paddle, heading out then south parallel to the shoreline and returning
- 2-person relay with one teammate running and the other paddling
The event uses chip timing and a continuous transition area between the run and the paddle. Participants may compete individually or in relay teams. The event notes "BYOPB" (bring your own paddle board); paddle board rental and delivery can be arranged in advance through Sip Paddle Rental.
Packet pickup is scheduled the day before at TBT Depot Backyard Beer Garden, 126 Blaize Avenue, Bay Saint Louis, and on race day at Washington Street Pavilion. Registration items include a finisher medal, commemorative race shirt, overall and age-group awards, post-race food and drinks, and other event amenities.
