Bay Saint Louis Run+SUP
Bay Saint Louis Run+SUP takes place on August 8, 2026 at Washington Street Pavilion in Bay Saint Louis, Mississippi. The event combines running and stand-up paddleboarding into a single competition with individual and relay categories.
The combined Run+SUP format pairs a 5K out-and-back run along the beach sidewalk with an immediate 1-mile out-and-back stand-up paddleboard (SUP) race that heads out then south parallel to the shoreline. Chip timing is used and the event includes a continuous transition area on the beach for paddle board setup.
Relay teams consist of two people, with one teammate completing the 5K run and the other paddling the 1-mile SUP segment. Paddle board rentals can be arranged through Sip Paddle Rental for delivery to the race start. Packet pickup is available at TBT Depot Backyard Beer Garden and at Washington Street Pavilion.
Registration fees differ by event: Run+SUP entry is $55.00, Relay team entry is $40.00, and 5K only entry is $35.00. Registered participants receive a finisher medal and a commemorative race shirt, and the event awards overall and age-group prizes. Post-race offerings include food, snowballs, beer and nonalcoholic drinks. A portion of proceeds benefits the BayRatz Marching Battery.
