Bay Bridge Run
The Bay Bridge Run on 11 August 2026 is a 10K event held in Annapolis, Maryland, with the course running across the eastbound side of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge from Anne Arundel County to Kent Island. The event finishes with a post race celebration.
The event is organized to benefit the Walk the Walk Foundation. Participation supports distribution of essential items such as diapers, school supplies, and Christmas gifts for children in the community. The organizers have set a fundraising goal of $50,000.
There are two registration options listed. One option is a fundraising entry with no registration fee and fundraising is required. The other option has a registration fee of $70 and includes an incentive: if a participant raises at least $250, $100 of the registration fee will be refunded. Registration for both options opens on 20 April 2026; one option closes on 31 May 2026 and the other closes on 31 October 2026.
