Battle of Bunker Hill 5K Road Race
The Charlestown Boys and Girls Club presents a 5 km road race on June 14, 2026, in Charlestown, Massachusetts. The course runs through the hills and streets of Charlestown and passes several historical sites, including the Charlestown Training Field, St. Mary’s Church, the Freedom Trail and the Bunker Hill Monument. The start and finish are located at the Club’s 60 High Street building.
Registration is offered in two periods: a regular registration phase that opens May 1 and closes May 10, and a late registration phase that runs from May 11 through June 14. The registration fee for the 5K is $40.00. Shirts are available for 1,000 registered participants.
Bib and shirt pickup is provided at the Charlestown Boys and Girls Club High Street building on the Friday and Saturday before the race and on race morning. The event includes a team challenge held in memory of a longtime board member. Race rules note that dogs and strollers are not permitted in the race.
