Battle Cancer Miami : Hybrid 3|20
Battle Cancer Miami takes place on Sunday 8 November 2026 at loanDepot Park West Plaza, 501 Marlins Way, Miami, FL 33125. The event features the Hybrid 3|20 format, an individual fitness challenge that combines functional station work with a finishing run.
Hybrid 3|20 comprises three zones and nine stations, followed by a 20-minute max-distance run. Each station block uses a 3-minute work interval with 2 minutes of rest before moving to the next station. Athletes may enter individually or as pairs. Two divisions are available: Challenge, which allows modified movements, and Compete, which permits no modifications.
Fundraising is optional but recommended; the suggested minimum is $50 per athlete. Official partner charities for the event are The Battle Cancer Program and Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. Every rep, metre and fundraising dollar contributes to an athlete’s final leaderboard score.
Ticket inclusions listed for the event include an athlete t-shirt for purchases before 7 October, unlimited spectator entry for friends and family, a finishers patch, access to free event photos, and a Battle Prep training plan. The event program also includes a DJ, an MC, a warm-up zone, a recovery area and sponsor experiences. Organizers note limited heat spaces and that athlete information will be provided prior to the event.
