Tomakin Triathlon : Tomakin, NSW, Saturday 6 February 2027
The Tomakin Triathlon is a multi-distance race held in Tomakin on the NSW South Coast. The course features a calm, wind-protected swim in the Tomaga River, a flat bike route along George Bass Drive, and a pancake-flat run through the town centre of Tomakin.
Race distances offered:
- Super-Sprint - 250 m swim / 10 km bike / 2 km run
- Sprint - 650 m swim / 20 km bike / 5 km run
- Standard - 1500 m swim / 40 km bike / 10 km run
- Standard Aquabike - 1500 m swim / 40 km bike
The event includes an evening presentation at Club Tomakin with awards, karaoke and community activities. The setting is coastal, with nearby features such as Tomakin Cove, the Tomaga River, the Rivermouth General Store, and the Tomakin Sports & Social Club. Tomakin is approximately 15 km south of Batemans Bay.
