The Event

The Course

The race starts and finishes on the athletics track inside the Basildon Sporting Village. The 10 km route consists of two laps. Each lap heads from the track into Gloucester Park, which features lakes and flat paths. Runners go around parts of the park and onto some surrounding paths and roads, including Audley Way, before returning through the park and back to the Sporting Village. The route is marked with arrow signs and marshals.
