Barley's St. Patrick's Day 5K is a 5K race held in Knoxville, TN on Sunday, March 15, 2026. The course starts at Barley's Taproom and finishes on home plate at Covenant Health Park. The organizer is Carrie On Events, a 501(c)(3) non-profit. Race entries include a finisher's medal and a T-shirt. A limited VIP option (500 entries) adds an all-you-can-eat pizza buffet and two adult beverages (21+ only). Proceeds support Emily's Power For A Cure, a foundation that raises funds and awareness for neuroblastoma research. The race uses 5-minute wave starts; participants are asked to seed themselves at the start line.

Packet pickup is at Barley's Taproom on Friday, March 13 (2:00-7:00 pm), Saturday, March 14 (12:00-5:00 pm), and Sunday, March 15 (12:00-1:30 pm; pickup ends at 1:30 pm). Event pricing shown on the organizer page reflects current fees; prices increase after December 31, 2025 at 11:59 pm EST. Strollers are allowed on the course at the runner's own risk. Headphones are discouraged because the course is on an open street. Dogs are not allowed on the course or in the stadium. All registrations are final; there are no refunds or transfers.
