Race headquarters are located next to the Deiniol Shopping Centre where race numbers and timing chips are collected. There is no official event parking; participants must use pay-and-display parking in and around the town centre (sat nav postcode LL57 1NW). Toilets are available near the start/finish at the Bangor bus station, and a city-centre swimming pool offers showers (charges apply). Drink stations are provided approximately every 3 miles and at the finish; participants may bring their own water bottles if they require extra fluids.
First aid is provided by a professional medical team with stations on course and at the start/finish. Runners who retire should inform the nearest marshal and return their timing chip to race HQ. All finishers receive a technical T-shirt and a bespoke medal. Prizes are awarded for the first three male and female finishers overall and for first place in each age category.
Some roads will be closed but not all; runners should follow marshal instructions and keep left. Headphones are not permitted except bone-conducting types. Littering outside of water stations or without marshal permission can lead to disqualification. Runners are asked to maintain a pace consistent with event cut-off guidance and to follow course signage. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
