Bandit Ultra Trail offers three scenic distances through the mountains and canyons of Simi Valley, starting at the historic Corriganville Park. The 50K route features several aid stations with specific cut-off times. A portion of proceeds supports the Challenged Athletes Foundation.

Course

The event is a trail run through the mountains of Rocky Peak, Las Lljas, and Tapo Canyon in Simi Valley. The course features sandstone boulders, outcroppings, oak savannahs, and perennial water sources. It offers mountain and ocean views.

Distances

Three distances are available:

  • 50K
  • 30K
  • 15K

Location

The race starts and finishes at Corriganville Park in Simi Valley, California. This park is known for being a former movie ranch and outdoor filming location.

Aid Stations

For the 50K distance, there are several aid stations along the route: Chumash (Mile 5.6), MarrLand (Mile 9.0), Tapo (Mile 14.3), MarrLand (Mile 19.5), and Chumash (Mile 25.5). There are specific cut-off times at the Tapo, MarrLand #2, and Chumash #2 aid stations. All runners must finish by 4:00 PM.

Other Details

A portion of the event's proceeds will be donated to the Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF). Participants receive a Rabbit tank shirt. Post-race sports massage will be available from Vision For Enrichment. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
