The event returns to Bamburgh Castle for a weekend of multisport activity. Sprint and Standard duathlons take place on Saturday, accompanied by a new 10 km trail run, with cycle sportives scheduled on Sunday.
The run routes use paths and trails around the castle grounds. Cycle routes run on open roads through the Northumberland coastal landscape. The event is open to a range of participants and any type of push bike can be used. The event is held on open roads so the Highway Code must be followed and a cycling helmet is compulsory.
