Baddow Pass Firefighter 5K-10K-9.11 mile
The third annual event is hosted by members of the Richland Township Volunteer Fire Department in Glenmont, Ohio on September 26, 2026. It offers multiple distances for running or walking.

A separate 5K "Gear Grind" is offered for firefighters who wish to complete the 5K in full turnout gear with SCBA (off air). There is a single-competitor Gear Grind and a four-person team division. Participants are expected to provide Helmet, Hood, Turnout Coat and Pants, and SCBA; running or walking shoes are recommended.
The 9.11 mile event is intended as a remembrance for those lost and to honor people affected by the events of 9/11/2001. The event also serves as a fundraiser for the local fire department; proceeds will be used to purchase emergency life-saving equipment for the community.
Registration opens June 19, 2026 and closes September 25, 2026. The registration fee for the listed events is $35.00. All pre-registered participants receive a T-shirt. Finishers receive a Richland Township Fire Department challenge coin. First, second, and third place finishers in each event receive medals, and younger participants receive special recognition.
