Stillhouse 100K

The Stillhouse 100K is a 100K out and back on Cumberland Trail singletrack near Soddy Daisy, TN. The route follows the corridor of the point to point Upchuck 50K and uses the same technical trail surfaces.

The course includes very large climbs and descents into Soddy Creek, Possum Creek, and Rock Creek and accumulates roughly 12,000 feet of elevation gain. Aid stations are placed at approximately ten mile intervals, and drop bags are permitted at all three aid stations.

Pacers are allowed from the turnaround at Leggett Road aid station and may be picked up at Heiss Mountain Road aid station. One pacer per runner is allowed at a time. Crew access is available at outbound mile 18 at Heiss Mountain Road, at mile 31 at Leggett Road, and at inbound mile 49 at Heiss Mountain Road.

The event presents awards after the race and provides race swag to all finishers. The start and finish are located at 190 Depot Street, Soddy Daisy, TN.
