Bacchus Wine Half Marathon and 10K
The Bacchus Wine event takes place on Sunday 13 September 2026 at Denbies Vineyard in Dorking, Surrey. The event includes running, food, wine tasting and musical entertainment and has sold out for this edition.

- Half Marathon one lap around vineyard and North Downs
- 10K within the vineyard grounds
- 2km Fun Run for children under 12, untimed and free
The courses are predominantly off road on trails with some tarmac and sealed sections. The route is undulating and includes steep sections on the North Downs escarpment, parts of the Pilgrims Way and North Downs Way, and views over the Mole Valley and Ranmore Common.
There are six wine stations on the half marathon route and three on the 10K. Stations serve small samples of wine, water and food such as cheese, biscuits, fruit, savoury snacks and small desserts. No meat is served on the course and there are limited vegan and gluten free options. Runners over the legal drinking age may sample wine; underage participants are offered soft drinks and are identified by race number markings.
Other event details include a post race party with food and drinks, bands and a DJ, a mini circus for children, chip timing, free digital race photographs, secure baggage, toilets and a professional medical team with mobile cover.
