Race format and route
The half marathon is one lap starting and finishing near Denbies main building. The routes are mostly on trails and include sections of the Pilgrims Way and North Downs Way. The course is undulating and includes steep sections on the North Downs escarpment, with views over the Mole Valley and Ranmore Common. Half marathon runners visit six wine stations; 10K runners visit three. Underage runners are identified so they receive soft drinks instead of alcohol.
Facilities and logistics
Car parking on the estate is free and the main car parks are a short walk from the start/finish. Dorking and Box Hill & Westhumble stations are within walking distance of the venue. Facilities include secure baggage, toilets and changing (no showers). The event uses chip timing, course marshals, medical support, and on-course musical entertainment.
