Azalea 12/24 Hour
The event takes place at Ravine Gardens State Park in Palatka, FL, using a paved USATF measured 2 mile loop. The route descends into a ravine beneath a tunnel-like canopy of towering oaks and passes native plants, wildlife, and several historical landmarks. The loop includes winding curves and a few hills.

Cutoffs are enforced for the distance races: the 50 mile course has a 15 hour cutoff and the 50K has a 10 hour cutoff. Aid stations provide staple foods and hot items such as soups, sandwiches, and quesadillas; runners with special dietary needs are asked to come prepared. Each runner's hydration bottle must be marked; a table will be available for bottle pickup and drop off and refill service is provided near the start/finish area.
Tents and canopies may be set up on race day only and participants are expected to keep their areas clean. A limited number of spots are reserved for solo non-crewed runners; remaining spaces are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Local food, convenience stores, and lodging are within about a five mile drive. Personal lighting is mandatory for night running. A professional timing service will provide continuous timing and tracking with multiple backups.
