The event is organized by RunFluent and takes place at a trail venue near Hargus Lake in Circleville, Ohio. Multiple race formats are offered on a looped course.

The course is a roughly 4.5 mile loop composed of nearly 100% single track that runs around Hargus Lake. The terrain features rolling hills with about 450 feet of elevation gain per loop and no major climbs. A few creek crossings may be wet depending on weather.
Cutoff policy notes that there are no cutoffs for the 4.5 mile race or the Half Marathon. Solo 12 hour events and the 24 hour relay require completion of specified final loops before the event end for laps to count.
Support and logistics include one full aid station at the Start/Finish area stocked with water, soda, electrolytes, hot food and snacks. Runners may set up a tent or table near Start/Finish (10x10 canopy max). Crew access is limited to the Start/Finish transition area; campground access for crew is not allowed. Pacers are permitted after midday Saturday, one at a time; pacers must be registered as pacers on UltraSignup, wear a pacer bib, and complete the full loop with the runner.
All finishers receive a finisher award (woodal). Podium awards are given to the top three men and top three women of each solo distance. Team awards are planned by category.
Packet pickup is at the race site unless otherwise determined. Tent setup is available all day Friday June 4 or race morning after 7:30 am following staff directions.
Mandatory gear includes a minimum 16 oz hydration for all runners. For 12 hour and 24 hour races required items include two headlamps or one with extra batteries, a foil emergency blanket, and a whistle.
The organizer does not issue refunds on race registrations. Deferrals to future RunFluent events are available if requested within four weeks of the event date. No registration changes are accepted after May 8, 2027. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
