Autumn Run, Buena Vista, Colorado
The Autumn Run is an annual road race held each year on the third weekend in September in and around McPhelemy Park and Town Lake in Buena Vista, Colorado. The event offers multiple distances and course maps with elevation profiles and fuel station details. Registration is completed online with card payment only and may close early if participant caps are reached.

- Family Fun Run around Town Lake on the Story Walk Trail
The half marathon uses shuttle service from McPhelemy Park to the start to reduce crowding because the start area has limited parking; half marathon participants using a stroller must provide their own transportation to the start. The 10K and 5K are stroller friendly and children who ride in strollers do not need separate registration. The Family Fun Run is free on race day and young finishers can customize a race bib.
Packet pickup is scheduled at McPhelemy Park on the Friday before the race and on race day in the morning. Place awards are given to the top three male and female finishers of each run. All participants receive a race shirt, a commemorative finisher award, and a reusable collapsible cup as part of a cupless sustainable racing program.
A post race gathering at McPhelemy Park includes live music, a beer garden with proceeds benefiting the Buena Vista Event Cooperative, and food trucks.
