Autism SpectRUN 5K Run/Walk : Elizabethtown, KY
The Autism SpectRUN 5K Run/Walk is the ninth annual community event held at Elizabethtown Sports Park in Elizabethtown, Kentucky on April 18, 2026. The event offers two 5K categories and awards finisher medals to participants. Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers.
Proceeds benefit Camp TESSA of Hardin County. Camp TESSA is a week-long summer day camp focused on practicing social skills through activities such as music, art, mealtime, games, and field trips. Support for the camp comes from community members, teachers, therapists, parents, and peer partners.
Registration options listed for the event include a paid 5K entry and a children’s 5K entry for ages 1 to 9. Runners who register by April 1 receive a guaranteed race t-shirt; shirts are not included automatically for the 9 and under category unless that participant is registered as a paid entrant. Packet pickup is scheduled for the day before the event at the Elizabethtown Sports Park soccer pavilion at the back right corner, or the morning of the race beginning at 7:30.
