The Autism Acceptance Festival, 5K & Fun Run is listed for Saturday, May 16, 2026 in West Monroe, Louisiana, at Kiroli Park (820 Kiroli Road, 71291). The event includes two race options:
- 5K
- 1 Mile Fun Walk/Run
Standard entry prices are $30 for the 5K and $20 for the 1 Mile. Children ages 4-12 have a reduced price of $15 for either event. Registration opens February 23, 2026 and closes on Tuesday, May 13 at 11:59 PM; there will be no on-site registration.
Course, logistics and awards
Due to construction, both the 5K and the Fun Run will be routed only on the paved roads inside the park; trails will not be used. Water stations will be available along the course and additional water and snacks will be provided at the finish area. Team registration is supported by allowing a team name that others can join during signup.
All participants who register by May 2 are guaranteed a T-shirt. The 5K will present overall awards for the top male and top female and awards by male and female age divisions: 10-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+. The 1 Mile Fun Run will offer timing for those interested and awards for top male and female in these divisions: 9 and under, 10-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+.
