Event overview
AUSTRALIA DAY Coastal 2026 is a community running event held on January 25, 2026 in Semaphore South, South Australia. The event has an Australia Day theme and awards a trophy to the runner judged to best represent the theme. Part of the proceeds will be directed to the Australian Cancer Research Foundation (ACRF). Race bibs are not mailed; bib allocation and collection occur at the event location. Registration normally closes at noon three days before the event date unless extended.

Course and event options
The course is an AIMS measured 10.55 km loop. Every paid entry includes a race bib and a finisher medal; if registration is extended, some late registrants may receive a generic finisher medal instead of the engraved event medal. Virtual runs must be completed on the event day and recorded with elapsed or total time; participants must submit the recorded run link or screenshot to the organiser for inclusion in published results. Selected events offer a Self-Supported option, with on-site bib and medal collection and eligibility details for long-distance recognition.
