Event overview

The Austin Solstice Circuit Challenge takes place Saturday, July 25 to Sunday, July 26, 2026, at Pace Bend Park near Lake Travis in Spicewood, TX (2805 Pace Bend Road North). The event offers multiple race distances and a pacer option for certain events. Personal pacers are allowed for the Marathon, 50K and 52.7 Mile Solo races; pacers pay a $15 fee, must sign a waiver, and wear an official pacer bib. Packet pickup is available the day before and there is same-day pickup on Sunday morning.

Course and logistics

The course is a 1.64-mile figure-8 loop on smooth paved asphalt with about 33 ft elevation gain per loop. The route passes limestone bluffs, oak-covered hills, and offers views of Lake Travis. Aid is available at the start/finish hub every loop, and the course is fully marked with reflective markers for night visibility. On-site amenities include restrooms, first-come first-served camping, multiple parking areas, and finisher awards in the form of medals and custom challenge coins.
