Event Details

The Austin Solstice Circuit Challenge takes place on July 25-26, 2026 at Pace Bend Park on Lake Travis in Spicewood, Texas. The event features a single-loop course format on smooth, paved asphalt. The main loop is 1.64 miles long and is described as a figure-8 configuration. It features limestone bluffs, oak trees, and views of Lake Travis.

Course and Format

The course has minimal elevation gain, stated as 33 feet per loop. An aid station is located at the start/finish hub, accessible every 1.64 miles. The course is marked with reflective markers for night running. The longer distances (52.7 Mile, 50K, and Marathon) have evening start times.

Additional Information

Participants are allowed to have personal pacers for the Marathon, 50K, and 52.7 Mile events, with a registration fee for pacers. The event offers amenities including a stocked aid station, restrooms, first-come-first-served camping, and parking. All finishers receive medals and custom challenge coins.
